Yep, you get $300 in the mail, someone else gets several million for an offshore bank, your property taxes go up (except in California where your children pay the bill), your fees go up, your traffic fines go up and pretty soon your $300 has turned into a negative $600. It's nickle and dimes but it's one big circle and the money has to come from somewhere. Thank you George you over taxing dweeb.
