The highest close for the SOX this year was on 1/12 at a level of 560.65. The losses within the Group and SOX have been quite substantial since that time. The following is a tabular summary of the differences between "then" and "now". First for the Group. Over this period, the Group is down 16 percent, the SOX is down 10 percent while the NASDAQ is down only 3 percent. Four of the stocks in the Group are up while the remaining 21 stocks in the Group are down.
