Don, I think it was BWAC who pointed out that analysts' price targets just mean they want US to hold until the target so they can exit safely below that. :)

Don, Arthur Hill may be right, if only on charts, but charts do not lie. I decided to test his assumptions by making some charts of my own on the various SPDR Sectors:

These charts seem to point out that Arthur Hill is right in that we are well into an economic recovery. The technology sector has been seeing money rotate into other sectors that generally benefit more as the recovery moves toward maturity.
