You criticize Bush for spending too much and then state that he "only" gave $5,000,000,000.00 to NYC. Granted, you do not make much money so these numbers are meaningless to you, but that is a tremendous amount of money that you sniffle at...what were they going to do with the other $16,000,000,000.00?

Remember when he promised NYC 21 billion? They only got 5 billion
