That's the old "buy the rumor, sell the news" type of syndrome the happens quite often. It doesn't necessarily make it right, and at some point, that action will reverse and prices will go higher. Personally, I am trying to locate that inflection point - and I think that point is rather close because of the very low SCE valuations presently in existence.
