Regarding multi-tasking, I was going to reply but I forgot what I was talking about.

Regarding the choices listed, I am going with B since I apparently have to chances to get (part) of the right answer. <g>

I don't see Q pulling plug to delay implementation because it is not in their interest to delay IMHO...but the resource priorities certain holds some muster in my book.
