Bush threw a punch at Kerry today but it didn't land. It grazed his jaw then slid off. JK will counter-punch now and stun Bush again.

The problem is the facts. Bush is hereby blaming Kerry for the "peace dividend" after the cold War, the same benefit his father and Cheney boasted aboat. Plus, who is GW to lecture ANYONE about intelligence failures? It's not an argument he wants to get into considering he presided over the two greatest intel failure since Pearl Harbor.
