Yes Abstract! I agree. I called a company a while ago (Gateway. maybe) and it was like talking to a robot.....they did not seem to know who they were working for????? "Gateway??? I don't know." I finally figured out that I was talking to someone in Syberia......or where ever. Yes! This aggravates me.....if you listen to Lou Dobbs (he is on at night) he is spotlighting this problem, and trying to bring it to everyone's attention......... someone needs to publish a list of the companies that are farming these services out or maybe a shorter list would be those that are not. It is not only the aggravation but the jobs lost in this country. dealer
