What we need is morality when it comes to our public dollars and public natural resources. That's where Bush gets a failing grade. The Treasury is going to be a lot poorer after GW's term and the public lands, air and water are under seige by Bush's cronies. That is very immoral. I could really care less if he went AWOL, snorted coke or if Clinton cheated on his wife. I care about honest stewardship and forward-looking vision and responsibility.
