tinker,
You have to look at who and what the case would effect.
With the settlements of the Pioneer and Echo Star suits and the deals with TW & Comcast the FTC case only effected basicly SFA.
Now that the summary judgement was overturned, GMST can persue SFA in Federal court until they decide to settle.
So in my mind the FTC case was a moot point.
Still a pretty big hit for the NAS only being dn 13.
