No I don't think so. For example Bush's dividend tax cut, there is no sense keeping that around. The argument that it helps working people is mostly false. The people it helps the MOST are the Buffett's and Walton's of the world. Most of Bush's cuts were like that. Nothing for your average joe really, $300 or so.

If Kerry wants to help people he should do something about Fica, that is the tax that does the most damage.
