One I might bring to your attention that I have been invested in for about two years and seems to be finally getting its act together is EFL ( TSE). The President bought on the open market a few months ago making that decision public himself and recently another board member increased his holdings on the open market at 1.31- 1.34.
The stock is now trading on an upward tear at 2.20

Thanks for that. I bought some after our exchange and was very pleasantly surprised to see a special dividend of 2.45! per share declared just shortly afterwards. Today I just noticed an uncharacteristically large volume. Your buy out scenario? Any comments?
