It is not unusual for a shell to run once it closes on its deal. Then the financial statements are filed and reality sets in. <gg>

One warning sign on this deal is that the old shareholders ended up with 31.15% of the company. That is very high for a shell with no cash. Higher quality companies generally only leave 5 to 10 percent on the table for the old shareholders.

I am not going to buy this stock, though I am curious to see what happens. I am going to bookmark the thread.
