If certain groups can pay big bucks to dominate the discussion, it isn't "free" anymore. If you don't think that those with the deep pockets aren't pushing their agenda for their personal gain, you are kidding yourself. Those who don't have the same resources or access to the media are not going to get heard by most folks. And if you think that if the playing field was genuinely level, that the debate would be the same as it is now, you are kidding yourself. JMHO
