B: Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. Announces Launch of New Marketing Campaig
at Daytona's Bike Week ( PRNewswire-FirstCall )

BARTOW, Fla., Mar 12, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- American
Commerce Solutions, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: AACS) wholly owned subsidiary,
Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., today announced the results of the launch
of their new sales and marketing campaign during their recent participation in
Daytona's popular Bike Week festivities. Personal presentations were made to
approximately 2,000 of the attendees, estimated by the Chamber of Commerce at
960,000 enthusiasts.

Chariot President, Steven Smith, commented, "We have worked diligently over the
past several months to put together a sales and marketing strategy that would
create a sufficient sales backlog to achieve the projected revenue target of the
company. After substantial investment of time and money in assuring that our
production capability would be able to meet the increased sales opportunity, we
chose Bike Week at Daytona to launch our campaign to a large contingent of our
target demographic. We knew that just driving to and from our strategically
located display would expose our logo to literally hundreds of thousands of
motorcycle enthusiasts. The result of the experience was sales orders at just
under $100,000 and over 50 requests for proposals to be completed in the next
couple of weeks. Several orders and deposits have come in since the close of the
show last Sunday. In short, the product is excellent, in demand, competitively
priced and our marketing plan works. The comprehensive follow-up plan will
assure us that the results of this show will be a staggering success story."

Smith stated that while Daytona's success exceeded the expectations of
management, it helped to set a higher level of anticipated results as the
participants become more and more comfortable with the presentation process.

Daniel L. Hefner, Chief Executive Officer of Chariot's parent, American Commerce
Solutions, Inc. remarked, "Steve and his team of professionals have shown that
the potential seen in Chariot Manufacturing can be met and exceeded by a strong
commitment and tireless effort. Promoting a product like the Chariot Trailer is
made much easier by the solid reputation that it carries from existing owners of
the product. These durable, lightweight fiberglass trailers are truly the best
of the industry for ease of pulling and gas savings. Testimonials abound and we
believe that time will prove our revenue estimates to be very conservative."

Events similar to the Daytona Bike Week are held nationwide and will be
evaluated on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis for Chariot participation.

Another significant result of the Bike Week involvement was meeting several
potential dealers that were present at the show. Dialogue will continue over the
next few weeks.
