Look at what you wrote: The only reason for raising the gasoline taxes will be to pay for tax BREAKS for those who purchase efficient cleaner engines and who use cleaner fuels. That is a legitimate tax exchange, not a tax hike. lol, AS, your best one today. A legitimate tax exchange? I love the bs terminolgy, if I did not know you were from California, I would swear you were from Washington. Tell that to everyone I listed who will be paying higher taxes if Kerry gets his way and starts to increase taxes in many areas. Don't forget the user fees...
