Oh, btw, which year of the Clinton administration? Tax rates differed at various times.

And that also means that you think it's fair that a 19 year old making minimum wage at McDonald's pays 7% of their income in social security taxes, but a 19 year old scion of a wealthy family who has a $5 million a year trust income derived solely from stock dividends and clipping bond coupons pays nothing -- nada -- zero - in social security taxes. Since it was that way under Clinton, that's fair to you. Right?
