Here's my solution, Laz:

1) Force Israel to disband its WMD in exchange for a non-aggression pact from Arab nations.

2) Encourage open trade amongst all of those regional nations.

2) Establish a United Nations peacekeeping base, or university, as a buffer between the Israelis and Palestinians. The base wouldn't be there so much as to keep peace for them, as would be for training permanent UN peacekeepers to help with conflicts all over the world. The base would be educational with military training for the express purpose of peacekeeping. This act would help to add internationalized influences into the area. It would also help the local economies.

3) Make Jeruselem an international city (sorta like Washington, DC is today), free for all to worship there.

4) Make the area a primary world class educational zone, a place for international students and where forums can be held to help tackle some of the world's biggest problems. Strongly fund education.

5) Get the GOPwingers out of US presidency so something like this can be fairly considered.

Spain--Bush's buddy wants to blame ETA because it'll help his party in the election. Meanwhile, the whole world knows the bombings were Al Qaeda-related, either directly or via alliance.

Bush, for his bedeviled battle in Iraq, had the leaders of Britain, Spain and Italy in his back pocket, this despite the overwhelming majority of their citizens opposing the Iraq invasion.

Will Britain and Italy see similar tragedies? We know both nation's miltiary units have been it, but what about their home ground?

Here, mull on this:
