If it turns out that the bombing in Spain was carried out by an Arab group, not the ETA, then you will be feeling the heat even in Belgium. I would predict a mass upswelling of fear and subsequent action in the European communities against Arabs. Spain was a wakeup call to Europe and the world that it is not just the U.S. that should be concerned about terrorism.
