That is utterly illogical.

Unless there was some evidence pointing to culpability, I would not conclude anything from the facts you propose because there is no basis for doing so.

And that is exactly what the Abu Abbas case is about. Unless you have some evidence, it's irrational to conclude, as you apparently have, that a crime was committed.
