It is from the congressional record and all references are appropriately cited. It is a shame that you think that posting the Kerry record on defense and intelligence cuts is out of bounds but that is not the way it is going to be.

It is particularly egregious in this instance because it is after the first attack on the World Trade Center, at a time when we needed more intelligence, <font size=8>Kerry introduced an ammendment to cut Billions. A verifiable FACT. </font>

3/4 of the senate voted against it. This is not some procedural anomale that occurs in congress. This is an ammendment meant to cut the department. This dude is just plain out there.

It is part of the congressional record. Everything I have posted is absolutley verifiable.

You should post these things that you read. It seems that you are the only one not backing up what you say.
