Gee. And how much of the past year has Kerry spent campaigning and raising money at taxpayer expense? Damn close to 100%.

You forgot to mention that Kerry is spending even a greater amount of time away from his job. A little biased? No, you are very biased and really are not commited to right or wrong, simply commited to the democratic party. That is small...of you.
