That's an excellent article which shows it's not just BUSH doing something and that it is very difficult to "solve." That being said, it's a problem that should be solved or attempted to be solved and not just with political words, "I'm going to end every loophole that ....." If we can get away from this blame and bash game, maybe we will see some real solutions, but I doubt it. Much easier to call you and me, "super wealthy" and roll back any tax cuts. The real super rich will have offshore tax havens, generational trusts and charitable foundations, none of which has entered any national debate that I've seen.
