The Bush-Bin Lauden-Saudi-CIA connections raise serious confict of interest questions. Bush letting all the Saudis and BL's flee on 9-11 raises even more concerns. OBL still being at large after 2.5 years makes one wonder. And now they are hunting him but they announce it to the world (and OBL himself) in advance. Why? To give hm time to hide again? Something stinks about this whole picture doesn't it?

Patricia,

I believe that the Afghanistan pipeline was abandoned during the Clinton Administration - after one of the bombings linked to bin Laden, and the American strike at his camps in 1998. I think there were some complaints at a 1998 Unocal shareholders meeting about the Taliban's treatment of women as well. I read that Unocal mentioned both bin Laden and women as reasons they were dropping out of the project in 1998.

From your post: "...has to think...", "Maybe...", "There were rumors...", "supposed to be...", "The Taliban refused, supposedly...", "...perhaps the Bush Administration...", "I really don't think..." [no quarrel with that one], "...we have probably...", "...might also be...",

[therefore, the conclusion]:

Obviously, we haven't stopped their capability to strike so we have missed the boat completely. All we have accomplished is to ruin the lives of thousands of people...............most of them Moslem and innocent.

It seems patently clear that your view of reality is based on biased supposition, assumption, innuendo, hypotheticals, misinformation, and guesswork.

You'd do better reading tea leaves.
