No, they come in for very thorough inspections. It is not lighweight by any means. Fines are heavy. It has made a difference how people are safer today than they were two years ago. It is far safer to mine today than farm, yet no inspections in ag...go figure.

The new MSHA training programs have made operations safer during the past two years.

Thanks for the info. That surprises me. Probably just a good PR showing, probably less fines and criminal prosecutions during the past 3 years
