I wouldn't have said it in the first place, but since he did and won't own up to who he is talking about, I guess some people will think he lied?

I think that democrats are missing a good chance to twist the spin around. They should be demanding that Bush prove the negative and reveal the name of one world leader who intends to vote for him! Even as I post, Mel Gibson, the prime minister of Australia, is having second thoughts.

I think the Bushers are pointing out that Kerry has put HIMSELF into an untenable position. They leave it to the voters to figure out what a stupid thing that was for him to do.

Bottom line Karen, Kerry was allegedly told this in
confidence. That meant their entire conversation was not
allowed to be made public.

Now that Kerry has tried to gain politically from telling
part of several alleged confidential conversations, he
opened himself to this.

He now has to face the open ridicule he deserves.

Considering that he has now changed his story, I'm
inclined to believe that he made it up. So in my book,
he's a lying scumbag. And if he didn't make it up, he has
proved he cannot be trusted with confidential information.

Either way, I don't want that type of person being
President.
