Will we be exchanging the problems we have under Bush for a new set of problems that is better, or worse?

Give me a set of examples where you think Kerry could do worse than Bush. The only real support of Bush you ever hear from Bushites is that we haven't had a domestic terror situation on the scale of 911 in 3 years. Well, we've had smaller incidents of anthrax and the like and not much has happened there. We are stuck in a quagmire in Iraq with our few allies pulling out, our economy is deteriorating and Bush has spent us into oblivion.

I consider Bush to be near the bottom in effective presidents historically, maybe on a par with Harding or Hoover so I'm willing to take a chance that Kerry is better. We know Kerry's economic team will be better than Bush's, thats a huge benefit right there.
