I think you were distracted when you listened to the tapes or you tried to hear what you wanted to hear.

He blamed the politicians who were forcing the youth to go to Vietnam and throwing them in the lion's den. NO training, no weaponry etc. And what he said that once there, these youths who were forced into action in Vietnam because of the draft, did all they could to protect their own lives including blah blah blah.

He spoke for his comrades. He fought for their families and to achioeve his objective he dramatized it. But you right wingers are putting your own spin to suit the ongoing roguery of the Bushies.

Not for long my friend. Run for your lives. Spain serves as the light at the end of the tunel. The headlights of an oncoming train. Give up, shut up and get out of the way. The democratic revolution of the American people is in the works. Flow with it or face the danger of being overtaken.
