Dell business not as usual. I tried buying 5 computers and a server from Dell this week. I am not a new customer. Have bought approx 12 Dell PCs in the past two years.

The first person I talked to at Dell small business was less informed than I, but did put together a ridiculous configuration and quote after I tried to guide him. I then received an email from a person who claimed to be a supervisor who said he wanted to work with me on the project and that I should call. I emailed once and called twice in the past two days and no response.

Is Dell's business that good??? If I didn't like Dell computers so much I would be on my way to a different vendor, but I'll give it one more try with a fresh phone call.
