I sent a scathing email to this Manager who finally called and apologized that "he has been in meetings." Oh my!!! I did begin working with him and after 1/2 hour of conversation got disconnected. I am almost certain not from my end. Tried calling back and got a phone message, and haven't heard anything since an hour ago. What a way to do business. Sell your Dell stock because its going down if this is an example!!! Disclaimer: I sold all my Dell holdings in the August before 9/11. Rap
