you summed up my feeling s on Powell. I thought he had potential to be an excellent leader. If we look back at his famous presentation to the UN on what "we knew" about Saddam and his wmd capabilities, it would laughable if it weren't so tragic. He had to know he was lying, or stretching the truth so far it was about to snap in his face...
