did you see the news clip last night on Korean girls entering british columbia and pimps picking them up at the air port . the girls pay $15,000 to get into Canada as i understand they do not need pass ports to enter. then they are driven to remote areas to walk across into states.. Settle police , etc are finding rings of prostitutes of girls not knowing they are entering a slave market. canada says they do not have enough resources to stop them.

One thing I have come to realize - having travelled outside the country to the third world numerous times - is that many don't realize just how good we have it here in Canada.

Then you also have the US - a rich but seemingly screwed country lately. I just thank God the type of politics and world view espoused by the Republicans just would never fly in Canada.
