I don't feel cheated by Clinton. I'm just able to see the grime on both sides. Check the numbers on what Worldcom has cost state investment boards and I think you'll find what I'm saying is true. It was HUGE and it impacted anyone who had a stock portfolio. The book cooking in each case (Enron and Worldcom) started well before Bush was even on the radar screen. Should we hold Clinton accountable for appointing peopled that fostered the environment that resulted in cooked books and a market crash? I don't think so. My remarks stands......there's just too much blame to go around to lay it all at GWB's feet.
