Bush is way off base in Iraq. He cannot comprehend the enormity of the problem he faces on the international arena. He is too busy attacking Kerry asking Kerry to name names of those foreign leaders.

That he is unable to see who the foreign leaders are speaks of the stupidity of his henchmen. The foreign press is all over Bush for his Iraqi policy.
