The exchange below is beautiful. Fraud happens when things are not booming. So - if all the fraud happened while slick was president - why do you lefties keep saying the bad ecomony started under Bush. You guys epitomize Kerry - you want it both ways. So which was it with slick - you admit the recession or that fraud happened in the permisssive era of slick!

Me: You are attempting to Kerry the issue of corporate fraud. It happened under slick.

Lizzie: No I'm not. You missed the entire POINT of my post which is that
fraud barely happens when you are in an optimistic booming economy.

Fraud happens when the economy TANKS and overleveraged people come to the conclusion they will lose all that they have if they don't commit fraud.
