Let's see: a ceaseless need for praise as the Father of the Nation; ubiquitous likenesses throughout the towns and cities; a preference to rule through torture and execution; a taste for mass murder; the delusion, as evidenced especially in the first Gulf War, that he could beat the United States in battle; a willingness to indulge his children in their taste for rape, or use of torture to motivate the Olympic team------ I have no idea whether this constitutes insanity in the legal definition, and would prefer to hold him accountable. But he certainly appears emotionally unbalanced..........
