Re: Too bad he is in public office, shaming us all. Ummm, actually Bob Barr is no longer in Congress. The item that Dale posted, funny as it is, had to have been penned prior to the 2002 elections. *** Of late, Bob Barr has taken on an entirely new persona. He's a staunch advocate, as a private citizen, for the repeal of the USA PATRIOT Act. Which is making for some strange political bedfellows. I loathed Barr when he was leading the hysterical and hypocritical charge at Bill Clinton's zipper. But now I'm grateful that he's speaking out on behalf of the cause of civil liberties. As the World Turns......
