Why? I AM CHICKEN.

And because #2 if I so chose I can flip KLAC with the only problem being it shakes me out without a chance to reload. Lots of time to recoup $4.50 between now and July, or #3 (the main plan) the current condition in which KLAC moves up 60 cents to $49.60, but the Put only drops 30 cents to $4.20; In the short run here KLAC will move up twice the amount the Put falls. If it moves down then I'm out of luck and have to see #2 plan.
