Re <<I don't disagree about this>>

But you completely missed my point.

Re <<as each Palestinian transitions to becoming a terrorist, they are no longer people, they're insects>>

Good sound bite and one line rhetoric but Completely wrong. Insects do not have emotions such as vengeance and retributions. They stay humans with human instinct and emotions that does not exclude hatred fueled by vengeance and hopelessness.

Re <<wish there were some resolution to the issues of the region>>

Well obviously the current path is not resolving anything, I am sure you have noticed.

Re << rationalization of their behavior serves no purpose >>

It is not about rationalization of their behavior, it is about rationalizing response to their behavior. If you are interested in result vs. revenge, simple logic will yield that current methods are not working. The idea of killing all the ones that are the problem is flawed. It does not work if each killing breads more of the ones that you are trying to kill. It works with insects but not human. I am not sure why this is so difficult to understand.

We are not arguing what is right and what is wrong. We are arguing what is the right course of action in response to what is wrong. And I believe the first step is to stop bad people from being created.
