deadbull, this worrying about the Phillipines isn't justified. Just last week another big mine got the go ahead. Would you rather do business in Montana?

There are likely not enough shares outstanding. How can funds buy this stock without lots of shares out there?
50 to 100 million is nothing for a project this size. They need to get this up to 250 million shares.
