Stockbull, Your problems with Dell are IMO self inflicted. You call a couple weeks before Xmas and order the most in demand product they sell but don't make. When the product can't be delivered by Xmas you get upset. A thinking person would realize that supply of a popular product might not meet demand right before Xmas. You did the same thing last year and spent the next couple months complaining about an outcome that you should have forseen. You and Raptech would both be happier getting fleeced at Best Buy it seems to me.
