I know Intel has intimidated or threatened information access (this was a prominent aspect in the Intergraph case -- but was settled so no clear court decision).

I still think this would be actionable and hopefully successful as well. But perhaps I overestimate the potential perception by the courts/feds of Intel's market dominance?
