Download lspfix first.
cexx.org

Then in this order, clean out the spyware with Ad-aware or most any other spyware/registry cleaner, run lspfix.

Whenever I've removed sah agent on a win9x/ME box with a spyware utility the TCP/IP stack most often winds up broken. lspfix fixes it.

delete all instances of anything that has EITHER of those nasties (netpal games OR sah agent )

that oughta do it
