Yes...all 7 1/2 months of the current Administration vs. the 8 years of the Clinton Adm. If you have been reading, the Bush officials who need to be approved were not approved by the Democrats in Congress until June....Don't forget the Bush Adm was following the Clinton policies until they had their own in order. These evidently were finalized Sept 4, 2001. Personally, I am very glad Dr Rice will testify in public, as well as what she has already said for over 4 hours in private to the Commission. For any who have listened to her, they know how smart, articulate and honest she is. All of that will come out in her testimony.
