Riiight. Bush "ignored the terrorists", but Clinton didn't. Bush has killed or captured more terrorists in his few years in office than all Democrat presidents combined. Iraq was a terrorist state, whether it was linked to Osama or not. It also had failed to fulfill its agreements. So, Bush took Iraq. Now Iraq will become a rather effective base from which America will assault muslim terrorism. It is just a matter of time.
