Al, For those who say that Clarke is a partisan opportunist and not telling the truth.

An out-of-the-loop "cyberterrorism czar" is pretending 9/11 wouldn't have happened had Bush listened to him in the months prior. Riiiiiiiight.

The text also implicitly challenged the Clinton administration's policy, saying it did not do enough about the real threat -- long-range missiles.

In a sense, we WERE attacked by long-range missiles. The only problem was that the "missiles" were originally designed to carry passengers for United and American Airlines.
