Thanks for the response. It's on lakeshore and despite the abundance of lakes in MN, it's getting harder and much more expensive to buy lakeshore here. Even the remote corners of the state where electricty doesn't exist(yet) the prices are starting to rise. (market top??) The reason I dwell on it is I sort of look at the real estate market as the stock market in the 90's. Being rather young, it's a whole new experience trying to understand all the dynamics involved and the continuing rise in values and what may trigger a retrench in values.
