That is not a, well duh! It is a fact! Our local government here in Georgia is a perfect example, unfortunately, our vote doesn't count here, we are too outnumbered. The politicians have stolen just about as much as they can steal, and still the people won't throw them out. Now the politicians are trying to get the federal government to pay for the water and sewer, because there is no money in the coffer..all the politicians have used it to finance their homes far away from here...
