First, this was not an isolated occurrence with either person, but you conveniently choose to ignore that. Given the number of emails and PMs from other SI members and participants of this very thread, most everyone else is certainly aware of it.

Second, this thread does not exist in a vacuum. As moderator, you have elected to completely ignore this site's Terms of Use. If fact, you have allowed it to become a gathering point for a very few members who believed they were above any compliance with the TOU. So, before you start spouting your righteous indignation, take note of your own role in creating the problem.
