Each TOU complaint will be investigated and acted upon as deemed warranted. I'm not going to try and define the broad range of possible factors or outcomes. In answer to your second question, I'm both. I've been a "member" since '96, and was approached by SI management when they decided that another admin was needed. It was understood and encouraged that I would be more "visible" than some of the past admins, both by being more public in conducting administrative activities and by participating in some of the discussions. In doing so, it would be senseless for me to switch back and forth between my "official" and "unofficial" aliases. I've also been doing some work on the new user interface currently under development, mostly in the area of administrative tools and usage analysis, and worked in cleaning up some of the data associated with site navigation. Lastly, I'm helping out with some of the company's financial analysis and forecasting. Speaking of which, there's nothing to be gained by rehashing the events leading up to and including this weekend, so I'm going to turn my attention to some of those other matters.
